    Just wait for him to kill another couple of doctors, then we can bang him up for another 20 years.

    On average, that'll be one doctor per decade.

    Simples.

    Hanged himself in hospital.

    Just think how much that saved.

    Deary me, so an iraqi immigrant who murdered two doctors will not be deported on his release because it will put the iraqi public at risk.

    OK, looking a bit deeper, it would appear that he is a paranoid schizo who is on drugs on the NHS. Those drugs wouldn't be available to him in Iraq so, presumably, he would quickly go off his head and start killing innocent iraqis.

    So let's keep him here on fully funded medicine and hope he takes it then...
