    As a developer with not much work to do, I'd say it's an excellent time for a meeting.

    As a developer with lots to do, I'd say it was a stupid time for a meeting.

    I think 10:30 am is the dumbest time of the day to start meetings with developers. It means the whole morning is lost for them. They can't start anything new, because they know in an hour or so they'll have to start preparing for the meeting, and they can't do anything meaningful after the meeting because it'll soon be lunch time.

    Unless of course the congregation gathered here today thinks different...
