    Could form a co-op that would offer IT services as an alternative to the incumbents, and we'd probably be cheaper than HP or the like with all their offshoring etc, whilst keepsing the jobs and skills onshore.

    Actually I'd set the agency up as a registered charity.

    If it does make any profit from the subscription it is donated to charity once all costs have been covered.

    I think HR bods would like that idea.

    Get a contractor at no margin and help the needy.
