Would have engaged plan B, time wasn't right and couldn't find the right commercial property (with the right amount of footfall).

I just gave up smoking completely. If you make your mind up to stop, just do it. It's a hell of a lot easier than doing it by degrees.

but it's a good job I've never tried cocaine or tulip like that, else I'd be really in trouble.
