    Others expressed anger at the lack of communication from the bank.

    "Do you know what? #Abbey's website has no apology & no hint of a problem. Do they not realise what a reputation killer this is?" wrote one Abbey customer on Twitter.

    Maybe they thought that nobody would notice? After Eurostar getting a slagging for their inability to tell people what is going on you would think that they would be on the ball.
