Mind you ,if they go in disguise, if they dont wash, scraggle up their hair and put on jeans and an anarchist T Shirt, they are even more at risk of being tw@tted by the police

Some of the nobs at the COP15 refuse to come to the meetings this morning because the Police won't provide them with a motocycle escort.
