Has anyone got any recommendations on a foreign currency denominated bank account? Preferably one that pays interest and that can be managed on-line and won't go bust?

There isn't a way out of this mess.
if the dollar keeps strengthening (unlikely) it will bring down stocks and commoditites which will lead to deflation and bring down the economy.
if the dollar goes down expect hyper inflation which will also wreck the economy, although will reduce the govt debt.
nobody knows

What I dont understand is how anyone can think we are coming out of recession while debt is so high. Both at government and personal level. Surely the only way out is default or inflation. Can anyone tell me what I am missing please?

Hmm, that is probably a very worrying development....Originally posted by DimPrawn View PostNo one is talking about a crash anymore. All the diehards on www.housepricecrash.co.uk have given up and bought a house. The media barely mentions the credit crunch or recession.
Everyones still piling into property, stocks, bonds, etc.
All the signals are the crash will come when no one expects it.
