EU civil servants are to go on strike because they're not satisfied with a 3.7% pay rise. FFS, they have the best pensions on the planet, healthcare plans, job security etc and in the middle of the worst recession in donkeys' years they get a pay rise, while millions of people around Europe have taken pay cuts or have lost their jobs or seen their businesses go to the wall, and this lot want to go on strike?

Maybe it's time taxpayers went on strike and just refused to pay.
I hear that. Need to consider others not just their own pocket.....
