    AtW,

my I ask a technical linguistic question,

    thanks,

    ok,

since being based in Brum, do you now speak English with a Russian accent and a Brummie twang, or do you already have a full blown Brummie accent ?

Must admit I find Brummie one of the most painful accents to listen to, for example it always sounds really funny when Noddy Holder talks.

    Milan.

    This time it wasn't moving.

It was more cheerful to be stuck on M6 between J15 and 16 with like 10 miles ahead no turn off.

What's the problem? The clue's in 'Birmingham City Centre'. It's a 'city'. That's a place where lots of people and businesses reside in a closely packed area. All those people and businesses need to move themselves around and lug stuff around in cars, vans, buses, motorbikes, pushbikes, on foot, trucks etc ; this is called 'traffic'. Ergo, there will usually be lots of 'traffic' in a 'city'.
