Try doing it in the summer. When you are tempted to wear shorts and a t-shirt because it's so hot, and then realise (too late) exactly why that's not a good combination with fibreglass.....Originally posted by suityou01 View PostHaving a couple of beers now though after a hard days loft boarding. Also getting ready to watch 22 men kick a ball round in a place called "Everton" (not even mentioning sport, see, that is respect)

It's nice to see you able to get it hard enough now, dear. Let's see if you now can keep it up long enough to do something useful with it.

Wasn't having a direct go at you in my second post (honest, just taking a stand in general - gedit) and thought that comment would be so contrary as to be funny and calm the situation. Mission accomplished (I hope)
Am somewhat confused as to why Norrahe thinks I need to be sopping to post something like that. Perfectly capable of being cheeky when sober.

You're so my bitch now.Originally posted by RichardCranium View PostChrist only knows. I expected you to get a load of abuse for that post as is the norm for General. I was pre-empting this. It was meant to be funny. It probably needed either a

Yes. No bloody sport!
Yep. That's General for you. And General has been less aggressive this past six months than the preceding years; probably because of the state of the market.
There are a load of people on here who are either naturally aggressive, or have become bitter and don't care any more, or have yet to have a bad experience in work (and it will come). They pick at scabs, pour salt on wounds and push blades into cracks in the armour for amusement.
I'm sorry if you thought I was having a go. It was meant as a variation on the old "I don't need to come here to be abused!" gag.
Hey ho. Non-facial textual communication modes, eh? Who needs 'em?
They'll never catch on.

I have been bawled out as that contractor that "lurches from contract to contract", which stings a bit tbh.

Wife is your best friend - that isn't right and ain't natural.
You always need a second opinion from a trusted source that is outside your union.
Ah, now that is more along the lines of their job description.Originally posted by suityou01 View PostNo chance of me getting too big for my boots, and that's why I love her.
Just had a thought. Did she have a gun at your head when you made this post?
