They actually filmed it at Porthmerion, just along the coast. That's an interesting place, but it was full of Number Six geeks.

Didn't this get remade sometime in the 80s with Jools Holland? Either way, I've alsways wanted to go to Porthmadog where they filmed it. Any train buffs among you will know that this is at the end of the Welsh Highland Railway!
