    (Big fan of the older FM stuff from the Peter Green days, Green Manalishi is still awesome).

    As to Inna-gadda, you might be right, though it's not just the drum solo, but the rest of the drumming after that that I found impressive.

    Nice list though, would probably have have mentioned same Paice & Bonham performances myself. Must still have a listen to the other two.

    I was a pretty crap drummer and I can do a better solo than the guy off Iron Butterfly. It's very basic stuff.
    See my earlier post on this thread on great drum solos of all time.
    Give 'em a listen and tell me what you think.
