I am refactoring the highly effective but spaghetti-like stuff I wrote on Thursday night. Agile is ace.
-
I'm doing a communications analysis to improve the relationships between several suppliers and the end customer. Mostly soft stuff: interpersonal relationships, cultural differences, staff appraisals, recommendations. Then there are contract implications of change requests due to lack of attention to detail in specifications that have lead to contradictions in several documents. So I'm also tasked to do an investigation into how this happened, and suggest an action plan to prevent recurrence, also select suitable resources to fix the problems.
