Not substantially, but they're about the worst I've come across for sending me utterly irrelevant roles to consider.

I got the email twice, I deleted it twice without reading it in my daily riffraff email purge.

Oh how my heart bleeds.I assume they are struggling in hard times.
Perhaps the clients might realise that they need to kick their own, salaried HR people in to touch and start using them for things like, hmm, recruitment.

How is this different to almost any other agency??Originally posted by TykeMerc View PostI've found JAM to be pretty bad spammers, it took quite a few emails and calls to stop them sending me roles that were completely unsuitable.
They seem to have a very indiscrimate word search tool for CV's.

When I was in South Wales I used JAM Recruitment quite a lot. They got me at least one interview. I found them uncommonly helpful, friendly and professional for a recruitment agency.
I assume they are struggling in hard times.

Hey, I'm an agreeable kinda dog, sometimes.Originally posted by Doggy Styles View PostSorry Churchill, it's bad news I'm afraid. I agree with you.
Not wholeheartedly, because I don't like this standard, ham-fisted, deceitful, relationship-souring way of getting leads.
But there are some agents I keep in touch with and I'll let them know of prospects. Sometimes they grease my palm in return.
If I can help an agent out once in a while maybe he/she will think of me first on occasion - Oi Dodgy, are you reading this?
