They've already taken over one poor country (GDR) 20 years ago, they can't possible manage it again.

Yeah I reckon we should all relax and let the Germans take over. They've proved to be better than us over the long run.
Time to stop this nationalism and turn into a "has-been but comfy as a slipper" nation

I must admit I don't know much about it but I do know the French have a 35 hour week whilst UK workers do the longest hours in Europe... remind me again, who are the slaves?

Quick question

Did anyone start a thread about the Lisbon Treaty, it being ratified by the last stand (Czech Republic) and how we are now all doomed to global slavery and searing financial pain?
