    Another vote for stay here.

    Just keep reminding yourself that its better than permieville to keep spirits high, then send another invoice.

    Then after christmas look for somthing better.

    STAY ! Turned an extension down last year and spent 4 months on the bench, money was covered but found it very dull, even fun stuff kind of needs work to provide some contrast.
    You can always get quite a lot of time off organised, say you had a couple of separate weeks off planned before the extension was offered and a couple of long weekends, 13 weeks will fly by.

    Yes, angle for shorter notice. Personally I've consciously taken a low rate role (£100 a day) to fill the time, get me out of my grubby food stained dressing gown and stop any war chest erosion. It shouldn't stop me contract hunting too much and if it does I'll leave...simples.
