    Did you try clicking it? They won't find one for 100%, but I tried asking for 2 million and the cheapest options were was with Clydesdale and Yorkshire, both have 2 years fixed at 5.99% - monthly repayments of 12873GBP.

    Wow, I'd snap it up if I had the money, unless it's a short lease. Half a mile from the sea too, although Torquay is fairly hilly and it's probably 1000' above sea level. ISTR St Marychurch is about the highest point. You could turn that place into a decent hotel, which is probably what it was.
