Its only the Canary Wharf office that has closed down.
However, perhaps where there is smoke there is also fire?

Does this just affect the Canary Warf office of Elan IT?
Only I'm just in the process of recruiting some contract planners through Elan and don't want it all to fall apart

If you're a creditor and willing to stump up the fees you can force a bankruptcy petition upon them.

Elan going bust
Just saw an interesting article in this mornings dockland news. The Canary Wharf office has been shut down and the staff fired BUT because the director hasnt declared the company insolvant the staff have no right to compensation (while I usually have no sympathy for agents I do in this case because they are being f*cked around because the boss doesnt want to spend money on going through the insolvancy tract).
So any of you contracting with Elan Id jump ship ASAP because we all know you guys are going to be the first victims
