I've seen more interesting and relevant content in one of Wilmslow's posts than that TV programme.
I liked the bit that suggested the North was fine until Thatch decimated it and then the bit where they couldn't understand why businesses shunned the North.
Fat, ugly, pie munching tw@t.

The labour 'hamiltons'.
I like watching their ridiculous tv shows about their obsession with class, always good value.

As you know we had to humour him because he represented the "working classes" at the top table of the Cabinet. He always hated people with means, even if those people worked hard for them. He didn't like me but I think he was dimly aware that, you know, without someone like me fronting the party it would not have been elected. The irony is that he loved the trappings of power as much as the next man.
We tried to keep him busy with little projects like the regional assemblies, but he was totally useless. Come on, you people think you know a lot about government. Can you think of anything he's done successfully?

His end summation was that it was all about class really and geographic was nothing to do with it.
Could they have just decided not to show us the program if that was his findings, an hour of TJ Hooker would have been better entertainment and probably more informative.

The only conclusions I have come to so far are I wouldn't want to live in Hull.
Also some bird thinks Birmingham is in the North and Nottingham in the south.
No mention of the many intra North economic differences.

Jesus, how did we get this fool in charge of us for years?
Hardly Jonathan Meades type stuff when he has to have a narrator, the fat git just seems to have shown us his 2 houses and talked crap with his daft wife.Tags: None
