    10 years ago, it was out at lunch and not bothering to come back afterwards a lot of the time.

    These days, you have to pencil time in your diary just to take a lunch or else some barsteward puts in a meeting.

    Funnily enough I reckon I've been to almost every pub mentioned here for a lunchtime beer ...

    I go to one near me now - old fountain near old street, reasonable price, carpet that's been there for years - mainly blokes (Not the young trendy kind) with a scattering of fat birds and omelet and chips for lunch.

    I'll be there in 22 minutes or so ...
