I once got a referral fee off Elan. I got sent a cheque for recommending someone for an IBM gig. It was over 3 years ago though.

If you're helping a contractor mate out (by pointing him in the direction of an actual live contract) surely that's enough. He buys you loads of beers, everyone's a winner. If the pimp buys you beer as well so much the better. Vouchers are for permies.

Anyone ever referred someone to Elan? Do they payout in vouchers? How long does it take to get them??
