That's nothing.... My partner's place laid off 100 people last crimbo, stopped bonuses for Crimbo and this summer promptly laid out £250k on a Requirements Management package plus all the consultancy fees to the amateurs who recommended it and installed it. Ten months later they're still faffing around having only gone live last month!
