I think that every place I worked at as a permie has either disappeared or been taken over. Only one company I have contracted for has disappeared completely - there must be a moral in there somewhere.Originally posted by zeitghostTook 16 months the last time...

If the right permie job came along, I wouldn't need to wait.
Whilst I enjoy all of the benefits of contracting, I wouldn't allow it to get in the way of a good deal (c£150k, company veyron, company yacht, 200% pension etc etc).
