A bloke I was at skool with thinks that - he writes about it all the time in his blog (although his blog doesn't allow comments) - he is the one who told me off for joining the "I want to Punch June Sarpong" group when he "evangelised" me into joining Facebook. He is 47 and I find it all a bit sad, frankly, but also a bit sinister as he also dismisses anyone in similar fashion.

Their senior boss was off today, and hadn't phoned in sick, so they checked his Myspace profile which said "Got Piggy Flu - see ya in a few weeks dudes".
As far as they are concerned, if you don't use Twitter, Myspace, Facebook, Bebo and the like constantly, then you are "Billy No Mates" and not worth talking to IRL.
Weird old world....

It would be a lot more interesting if one could post comments on peoples', er, twits.
Or do you have to utter a twit yourself and point their twit to yours or v.v? It all sounds terribly complicated.

I get loads of 'em, they are just spammers and get blocked straight away.
In fact, I going to have a good old swear about them right now.

I read somewhere that that is the basic profile of the vast majority of the millions of people that have signed up for it, including me. I twittered, "Anyone there?" in September 2008 and that was it for me. Still got three people following me though.Originally posted by Tingles View PostMissus Tingles has signed on to it but hasn't actually Twitted(?) anything...
