    The Prime Minister, seeking to save HBOS from collapse, waived competition rules which would normally have prevented the creation of such a powerful bank. But he later came under pressure when massive HBOS losses destabilised Lloyds - the bank is now 43% state-owned.
    I wouldn't trust that financially inept tosser with his own pocket-money.
