It's all these prisoners that the Home Secretaries have been keeping in beyond the order of the courts. We have to let them go in a way that's somehow 'acceptable'.

Or are many prominent prisoners suddenly gettign cancer?

Apparently Bernie Maddof has got cancer too so I suppose we can release him too on compassionate grounds to go spend the next 15 years of his life dying in a villa in Mustique
