Are they Mexican Nose Flutes? If so they will have been told it' snot safe for them to go in and although they're being totally nasal about it, but who nose what could happen?

Two of my team members are now at home nursing relatives with ‘Mexican Flutes’. Clientco says they can’t come to the office until a doctor has seen said relatives, so as to prevent this disease spreading.

WTF? What makes Mexican flutes so bloody different to Irish flutes or pan pipes? Is this the fault of James Galway’s Mexican cousins?
