scum of the earth - not sure who are worse- IT Recruiters or Estate Agents? thre both generally uni drops outs or have useless degrees from crap universities and both have a natural tendency to talk tulipe.

Decent discount, happy anyway.
Their FA did call and spouted usual pimp muck about if we don't go to the office and see the FA, the estate agent is liable for all the vendor costs should the sale not go through.
If that's in the contract between agent and vendor then the agent needs to negotiate better.
