Visit the Cathedral.
I was at Exeter University and regret not going. I seemed to be always busy in the many pubs/clubs there. My favourite was timepiece on a Wednesday night : heavy metal night.

Its firkin tiny!!
seriously - walked outside of the terminal and there was not a soul to be seen!
