The "War on Drugs" is a cruel joke. The US government, specifically the CIA, is the biggest 'drug lord' on the planet. Drug money is used to pay for innumerable 'black projects', including the construction of huge underground cities housing both humans and aliens working with the secret US government.
Thank goodness we can rely on the internet to expose the truth!
P.S. according to this website, if you are sceptical it's because you've been mind-controlled or genetically engineered that way.

The first claimed it was all a big conspiracy to get one over on the Russians and it was all a hoax.
The second has some doubts but has an open mind , he wants to be convinced.
