I got pumped for info by them a while back and posted it on here - haven't heard from them since.
They are the lot the advertise for you to be on their "virtual bench".

I just got a call from them, bar stewards not willing to cut their margin to accommodate my rate, "client is only willing to pay £x per day" he says! "ok bye" I said - well at least I can afford to whilst not on bench!

One of the worst agencies ever.
In my humble opinion.
They had said to me once that because I did not give them the 2 references, they were not going put me forward for a role. Also, barstewards, made me go to their office to fill up their mandtory application form.Last edited by bullseye; 4 August 2009, 15:38.

Oh my god - Snaw are you that lad who used to be on here who's agent bought him a bag?!
He luuuurved him!!!
Wasn't me, only thing I want an agency to do is get me a job and pay me on time. Allegis did that perfectly well - just saying they're good from my experience, got absolutely no reason to say that and I've dealt with some right tulipe ones that I think the good ones are worth giving a thumbs up too.

Get a room!Originally posted by snaw View PostGuess it comes down to the individual.
I dealt with a couple of guys in the London office, they got me two contracts, took me out for the occasional beer, always paid on time and were incredibly courteous and helpful whenever I've used them - go as far as saying best agency I've came across ....
