No, that's just a Scottish accent. You won't have heard many of those in the London Borough of Edinburgh.

When I look at this page I get some thick Scottish accent selling the car.

I'm thinking this page choses the voice depending on the region.

Someone do me a favour, someone in London or thereabouts (it's all the same), click on it and see if they get a Jade Goody voice over...
