Went to see a mews house on Saturday in Greenwich when I'd finally gotten dressed after sitting up working and watching Felipe Massa only-just-not-break-his-neck.

Offered 71% of the asking price this morning and wasn't told to "go **** myself". Hmm.

Remains to be seen how this eventuates...
