Outlook could indeed work - think of the meeting rooms we use at work, just set up each room in this manner, and job done.

As the former propreiter of a 20 bed hotel I can recomend a large desk diary. They cost about £5.

Small hotel software

Does anybody have or know of a decent piece of software to run the booking system for a small hotel?
My local hostelry is looking. Just wants to book rooms, label as bed only, B&B, 1/2 or full board. Also wants to be able to attach notes for special occasions.

Anybody?
