Here are the nuggets I've gleaned so far from Cyberman's infinite wisdom:

Beware of people who eat foreign food with their hands

Beware of anyone who might have come from the third world

Beware of Indian restaurants

Beware of coughing men in the steam room

Beware of the chutney spoon

I'm sure by following these simple guidelines I'll never catch it.
