This has been common knowledge for a while now, along with IBM etc, there are almost none of the big IT vendors that have customer support functions in the west any more. The rest of the medium as smaller ones will follow.

Microsoft UK outsourced all their techie work and support to India years ago.
Used to be a good place for a contract but now it's all done plenty cheapness, much quickness.
