I think everyone else would agree that ultra criminals are OK but ultra ultra criminals are beyond the pale.

That's funny, I thought there was a "severe IT skills shortage"? Surely their skills would have rotted whilst they were on the dole during this "skills shortage" - as their hacking jobs would have been off shored to Russia.
