Not really, 'cos we've no idea whether you're jumping up and down because the guy is still trousering a huge pension or because he's bottled it and caved in to the Government's demands for him to reduce it.

(The latter is far more irritating IMHO, because in terms of irritating and embarrassing the Government he's partially let them off the hook.)
