Rules for Sockpuppetry

The latest influx seems to be a very poor show. Here are some rules:

1. A sockpuppet must exhibit a modicum of intelligence to be credible.
2. The "foreign" angle doesn't usually work
3. Sockpuppets should have something quirky and other worldly about them - look at my creation Wilmslow for example.
