It's a shame that some Landlords are so greedy that they did not consider rent payment protection insurance that a friend of mine has for 99 pounds a year.

FFS Why do speculative landlords need help more than any other chancer trying to make a buck?
Let the stupid ones go bust and the smart ones will take over - that's how you'll get a strong rental market.
