Seasonal flu - 1 death per 1000 cases on average (approx for you pedants).
Swine flu - 1 death in current 1200 cases in the UK.
Current estimate is 2 in 3 cases do not get reported so 1 death in approximately 3600 cases. Sounds pretty minor to me.
All data from some bloke I heard on the radio this morning so must be true.
