I'm working with a young guy on his first contract and he looks at me in disbelief when I tell him this is as bad as it gets, hopefully in 12 months time he'll be snorting coke from hookers’ breasts and driving a Lambo.

Dear lord, things are bad aren't they. Those on the bench have my sympathy and empathy, hopefully the market will get back to how it was soon and we can get back to taking our rates for granted
