    I'm picking a shaped recovery.

    Hey, all cynicism aside, good news IS good news, maybe it's not a recovery just yet, even a slowdown in the descent into anarchy is nice.

    Yes, there are some big lawnmowers in the shed waiting to mow down those green shoots if Labour is not careful*, but to carry on the gardening metaphor, it looks like the worm may have turned.

    * hey it's GBs Labour, OF COURSE they'll be careful
