Share Dividend Calendar

Can anyone recommend a good site, or tool which shows what Dividends are coming up for FTSE & AIM Shares. Something which would appear in an outlook calendar format would be fantastic and shows the ratio/return, ex-dividend dates etc

Cant find one anywhere which meets my requirements? Any ideas?
