I remain convinced that, whilst we might be seeing green shoots, these are not the green shoots one would expect at the end of a full-blown recession (that we're still in).
Unemployment continues to rise, house prices are at best flat and CPI is volatile.
Beginning of the end? No, perhaps - at best - the end of the beginning.

seems to be the same story everywhere
but the losses still remain, and they are not being accomodated
by recessions, collapse, job losses etc...
then I can only conclude, they will be compensated by inflation
yes, in the global financial crisis the majority might have kept their jobs,
but on the otherside, we might end up paying by inflation
time to get into tangibles
