I think they mean the digits zero to 9

    Eg..

single Bag with ten pieces of paper, numbered from zero to ten.

PIECE OF PAPER / NUMBER ON PAPER

    Paper 1 : 0
    Paper 2 : 1
    Paper 3 : 2
    Paper 4 : 3
    Paper 5 : 4
    Paper 6 : 5
    Paper 7 : 6
    Paper 8 : 7
    Paper 9 : 8
    Paper 10 : 9

    where is the number 10 ? You don't need a number 10 !

    BBC and maths eh ?
I guess if they picked 10 they'd call it zero and add 1 to the next digit

For the draw, five small bags were each filled with 10 pieces of paper with the digits zero to 10 on them, and one piece of paper was drawn from each bag to form the five-digit winning ticket code.

Devon House draw being done today

I'd almost forgotten about this, but being reminded by some article on the BBC website I decided to check on how it was going.

If anyone else bought any entries in the Oldborough Retreat draw, you may be interested to know that it is due to be made today!
