Green shoots ?

What you lot think (or observe) about current job market (either perm or contract) ?

Im already on a contract (i.e. CV disabled on job boards) but just got two calls today from (previously known) recruiters .

Although, these were Perm roles but at least within my domain (i.e IBs), which seem a good indicator(maybe).

So, is this a bubble or some green shoots coming?
