When I was 16, my school has a trainee P.E. teacher who was a ladies football internationalist (11 years ago). At that time it was clear when she joined in our game that all the competent players in the class were miles better than her.
I suspect the standard has improved a bit since then, but my amateur team could still beat them. We could also give them a good seeing to in the showers after.
