    Foreigners now have to go through a citizenship ceremony if they want to get a British passport. That's got to er, er, I'm not really sure what difference that makes?

    And besides, it is a global financial meltdown and was in no way made possible by the reorganisation of the financial services regulators that was one of the first things that Labour did when they got in.
