    Whats that thingy that the government do where they make a list of the main upcoming threats to the National interest ?

    Was the credit crunch on the list five years ago ? If not, and this is the point of the question, what is the next big threat that the government have not spotted ?

    I have been banging on about the state of the roads for years.could it get serious ?
